Where is Thornwood?
Thornwood is an area of Glasgow, lying north of the River Clyde. It is situated on the river between Partick and Whiteinch, with Broomhill to the north. It was part of the burgh of Partick until the absorption of that burgh into the expanding city of Glasgow in 1912.
The Community Council
Thornwood Community Council meets:
First Tuesday of each month (except January, July & August)
The Church Hall, 2-4 Thornwood Terrace, Glasgow, G11 7QZ
6:30pm – 8:30pm
